III. Usage Method:

Detailed Parameters

I. Speed Regulation

a) Check whether the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the mixer.

b) Connect the motor lead wire to the electronic speed regulator.

c) After connecting the electronic speed regulator to the motor, adjust the rotation speed. At this time, check whether the speed regulation knob is at the starting position. Do not install the stirring rod to ensure safety. Plug in the power cord, turn on the electronic speed regulator power switch, and adjust the motor to 60 rpm clockwise. Check whether the rotation speed is uniform. If the speed is stable, it can be used.

d) Install the stirring rod on the chuck, and after tightening, it can be put into production.

II. Use and Maintenance

1. This machine uses a three-core sheathed flexible cable, and one yellow core wire must be firmly grounded to ensure safety.

2. To check or replace the brushes, first disconnect the power supply. The new brushes must be able to slide freely in the brush tube. Tighten the brush cap. (Generally, when the remaining length of the brush is about 6 mm, it needs to be replaced with a new one.)

3. If severe sparks are generated, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection and repair to avoid greater losses.

4. If the motor does not rotate during use, first check the speed regulator, fuse and motor brushes, etc.

5. If the speed regulation part or motor is damaged and cannot be repaired by yourself, please mail it to our factory for repair, or you can order spare parts from our factory by mail.

6. During use, protective equipment must be worn to prevent materials from splashing and causing accidents.
